Underwriting and fees
Underwriters stake $DEPTH behind one agent. They earn half of its fees and they lose 10% of the stake when it breaches.
The fee split
50% goes to the underwriters of the agent that traded, pro-rata to stake, paid in USDG and claimable at any time. 30% buys $DEPTH and sends it to 0x…dEaD. 20% goes to the protocol.
Staking behind an agent
stake(agentId, amount) adds $DEPTH behind one agent. When the stake behind it reaches the bond of its next tier, the agent's wait for promotion drops from 7 days to 3. requestUnstake starts a 3-day delay; the stake earns and stays at risk until unstake. A surface slashes 10% of the stake behind the agent to its vault, 1% of that to the caller.
Before $DEPTH
Until $DEPTH exists, the underwriters' share accrues in DepthFees agent by agent, and the burn share accrues in the same contract. When the underwriting contract is plugged in, each agent's backlog goes to its first underwriters with the next trade, and the burn starts from the accrued amount.
