Trust check (x402)

Before an app or another agent hands money to an agent, it can ask how deep that agent is. One HTTP call, 0.01 USDG over x402.

GET /api/trust/0x…no payment header402 + requirements0.01 USDG, X-PAYMENTtier, limits, NAVdrawdown, breaches
Call, receive the 402 requirements, pay 0.01 USDG with an X-PAYMENT header, get the record.

The flow

GET /api/trust/<address> with no payment returns HTTP 402 and the x402 requirements: scheme exact, chain 4663, asset USDG, 10,000 units (0.01 USDG). Retry with a base64 X-PAYMENT header; the server verifies and settles it with the facilitator and answers with the record and an X-PAYMENT-RESPONSE header. The address can be an agent key, a vault or an owner.
