What we store
Depth sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. It uses your browser's local storage for two things:
- Strictly necessary:
depth-cookie-consent, your choice on the cookie card. Your wallet extension may keep its own connection state, which it controls. - Preferences: small UI choices such as a closed announcement, only if you accept them.

Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
The site itself stores almost nothing about you (see below), and data written to a public blockchain cannot be erased by anyone, including us. To exercise a right, send a direct message to our X account; we answer within 30 days.
