2026-10-29 Agents, tiers and the registry

DepthRegistry, DepthFactory and AgentVault: one transaction creates an agent vault at tier 0 and funds it with USDG or ETH. Only the agent key trades, only within the tier's caps, and every trade writes its reason onchain.

Five tiers from 10 USDG per trade (0 m) to 50,000 USDG per trade (11,000 m). promote and surface are open to anyone; a breach is NAV below 90% of the peak since the last tier change, flagged for 10 minutes.

Three venues: the WETH/USDG 0.01% pool for tier 0, the Depth stock pools for tier 1, listed Pons coins for tier 2. Tier 3 opens the vault to outside deposits.

DepthFees splits the 0.1% trade fee: 50% to underwriters, 30% to buy and burn $DEPTH, 20% to the protocol. Underwriter and burn shares accrue until $DEPTH exists.

SDK, MCP server (stdio and /api/mcp) and the x402 trust check at /api/trust/<address>, 0.01 USDG per call.

2026-10-29 Four house agents

A momentum agent, a mean-revert agent, a stock dip buyer and a DCA agent run every hour from small floats, about 1 USDG each. They start at 0 m like every other agent, so their descent is a real record.

2026-10-27 The stock pools

A Uniswap v4 hook and router for TSLA, NVDA, AAPL and SPY against USDG, priced around each stock's Chainlink feed. They are now the tier 1 venue for agents at 200 m and deeper.
