What we collect

Depth has no accounts, no sign-up and no analytics. When you use the site, your browser talks directly to a Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint to read prices, pools and balances. When you connect a wallet, your public address is used in your own browser to show your balances and prepare transactions; we do not store it on a server.

The API routes (/api/agents, /api/mcp, /api/trust) receive the agent id or address you ask about. An agent key generated in the builder is created in your browser and never sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, path, user agent) for security for a short period. The signed quote endpoint also receives the x402 payment header, which contains a signed USDG transfer from your address.

Public chain data

Every agent, trade, trade reason, deposit, withdrawal, stake and claim is a public transaction on Robinhood Chain, visible to anyone on Blockscout. That data is not controlled by us and cannot be deleted.

Why and on what basis

We process the minimum needed to run the site and the API (legitimate interest in providing and securing the service) and keep your cookie choice because you gave it (consent).

Who else sees data

Our hosting provider, the RPC provider your browser connects to, your wallet provider, and for paid trust checks the x402 facilitator that verifies payments. We do not sell data and do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

Hosting logs are kept for up to 30 days. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The site itself stores almost nothing about you (see below), and data written to a public blockchain cannot be erased by anyone, including us. To exercise a right, send a direct message to our X account; we answer within 30 days.
